Win Radio Cebu was operated on the 4th week of Jan, 2011- in which the new program format was implement from Rock station to CHR format after the Sinulog of 2011, and it was formally open on June 2012 with a motorcade and mini concert at Plaza Independenza, attended by the VP-COO Mr. Manny Luzon and the President/Owner Mr. Atom Henares.
